How much is this going to cost and how long will it take?

At Buildworth Strategies we give each and every person a complimentary credit evaluation; this is what helps us determine the exact investment and the length of time. Everyone is in different stages of credit, so depending on how many negative items you have and the opportunities we uncover, that’s what gives us a precise blueprint of your credit situation. We are a consumer credit advocate organization, which means that we’re working with your present and future goals in mind. On average, if a client has less than 15 negative accounts it will usually takes us about four to six months to reach their goal. WHY HAVE MY SCORES DROPPED?

Scores may reduce for one or a combination of the following reasons:

  • New negative item (collection, new late payments)
  • Removal of negative items and no positive open lines of credit
  • Credit Utilization increased over the 30%

WHY WAS AN ACCOUNT REMOVED ON ONE AGENCY AND NOT THE OTHERS?

The credit agencies work independently of each other. However, in the event that one agency was not able to verify a negative item that will give us leverage in the next dispute for removal.

HOW LONG IS THIS GOING TO TAKE?

Negative items are not incurred overnight. We are currently achieving on AVERAGE 70% removal or repairs in our disputing process. However, it may vary depending on the age of the negative item and the number of negative items. In addition, the timeliness of the implementations of positive lines of credit. Typically, at minimum for less than 10 items we are looking at a period of 4-6 months.

I RECENTLY SIGNED UP: WHY HAVEN'T MY LETTERS BEEN SENT OUT? WHAT IS GOING ON? WHY IS THIS TAKING SO LONG?

During this time all information is being gathered and reviewed for quality assurance. Any error in data entry can have serious hindering effects in your overall initial results.

MY LETTERS WERE ALREADY SENT OUT WHY HAVEN'T I SEEN ANY RESULTS?

By law we must allow the credit agencies 30 business days to complete their investigations before we can provide you with any results. We understand that you may grow anxious to obtain your results. So are we! However, it is important that the required time is allotted before retrieve a new report or update your scores. We also request, that you are patient and refrain from accessing your credit monitoring and allow us to do to avoid any delays once your re-evaluation is due.

CAN I APPLY FOR AN AUTO LOAN, MORTAGE, CREDIT CARD(S)?

Currently, we DO NOT recommend you apply for any loans and or lines of credit. We understand that you have a goal in mind however, please allow us and the disputes that we are sending on your behalf improve your credit. Hard Inquiries may reduce your scores by an approximate 10 points every time it is pulled. Therefore, if we are trying to reach a specific score that is required for approval and results in lower APR then it is Best to wait.

I'M DUE TODAY, WHERE ARE MY RE-EVALUATION RESULTS? WHERE IS MY UPDATE?

Please allow us sufficient time to retrieve your new report and re-analyze your credit report. Please consider that attention to detail when analyzing your report is key in identifying any errors, inaccuracies, and incorrect information that is pivotal in the route or strategy we proceed with on your file. At this point we also look at all positive lines of credit you have and provide additional tips or suggestions for you to take that will assist in achieving your goal. Your patience will be greatly appreciated as we give the same level of importance to all our customers' needs and credit goals.

WHY AM I GETTING SUED? WHAT DO I DO?
